Peace, Love, Dim Sum.

Hi, my name is Kasey and this is my online portfolio. I'm at the start of my freshman year. I'm fond of partly cloudy days. I have a dog named Joey; he's a chihuahua/toy fox terrier. I'm a huge fan of food and short naps. I like to spend my time being on the computer for hours on end, reading books, and being out and about. I also love sports. I run for the school Cross Country team and am going to try out for track and basketball.

My favorite subject in school is Japanese because now I can communicate with my family in Japan. I'm taking Geometry and am hoping to continue on to Alg 2 by sophomore year. Right now as I type, we are in the middle of our Homecoming week. Being a freshman, I had no idea whatsoever what that was and it shocked me on how spirited each class gets. All the activities that planned were amazing and fun. I joined homecoming committee and it was a blast. We were lucky because we didn't lose every competition like most expected. Alas the week is ending and the dreaded exam week is coming up. Hope it's not too tough! High school is supposed to be the best years of our life and although sometimes it's hard, it's an incredible experience at the same time.


My goals for high school are:
  • Maintain a 4.0 GPA.
  • Be able to speak Japanese fluently and possibly French.
  • Remember all the information I learn for the future.
  • Become valedictorian.
