4th Quarter Report Cards

If you would like to have your fourth quarter report card sent home, please provide the registrar’s office with legal size self-addressed stamped envelope. On the back of the envelope, please be sure to include the student's legal name. We will start collecting report cards from May, 1, 2012. If you do not provide a self-addressed stamped envelope, report cards may be picked up after Monday, June 11, 2012 between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm in the registrar’s office. Identification will be required upon report card pick-up.- S. Higa
